Nicklaus/Flick Game Improvement also manages golf instruction at other venues around the country. Heron Bay instructions include five-hour lesson series and special customized clinics with video analysis and a take-home video lesson. One of the stars among the professional staff is the Director of Instruction, Jackie Kaufman, one of the country's most well-known female golf instructors.The famous Inverrary Country Club offers two on-site golf schools, its own Inverrary Golf Academy and the John Jacobs Golf School. The Jacobs golf schools have been instructing players for almost three decades with an emphasis on individual players. Each student's game is evaluated and the professional staff teaches golf fundamentals with special attention to each student's needs. John Jacobs is an internationally respected golf instructor. He was recently awarded the United Kingdom's highest honor, the Order of the British Empire, by Queen Elizabeth II for his contributions to the sport of golf. Inverrary's three golf courses have hosted 15 PGA and LPGA events.
